Service Description
Tuesdays, 4-5p 1/21-3/11 (8 week program) Known as Pound + Sound, this class is part catchin' the beat, part fitness, part relaxation, part creativity, part teamwork, part release and all fun! Start class with movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness, communication, and teamwork skills for “Rockstars in Training”. Use Ripstix®–lightly weighted exercise drumsticks–to learn alternative ways to explore movement, embrace creativity and CATCH THE BEAT! Finish class with a calming, listening experience to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety levels. Through soothing vibrations and melodic tones, crystal singing bowls encourage mindfulness and enhance emotional regulation, nurturing a sense of calm and inner harmony in young minds and bodies. The sum of the parts will help build self-esteem and self-awareness, and inspire the next generation of happy, healthy, relaxed children.
