Immerse yourself in a Spring sound bath, focusing on your heart chakra/energy center to balance your energy and promote self-love, love for others and receiving love as we leave winter and the colder months behind us and welcome in the blooms of Spring. Lower your stress, anxiety, pain levels and teach your mind, body and soul to relax and let go. Let the soothing vibrations and immersive sound healing with crystal singing bowls and other magical, relaxing instruments wash over you and bring you to a blissful state. Savor chakra-inspired, hand crafted mocktails featuring seasonal ingredients and flavors designed to support this balancing session. Learn about the importance of the ingredients and take the time to unwind with these tools so you can call on them throughout the Spring season. April 7 - Heart Chakra - Open Heart Awakening Spring’s renewal invites us to embrace love, compassion, and connection, allowing our hearts to blossom. Attendees will receive recipes for mocktails and a recording of the sound bath. Come join our community Sip + Sound and relish in the bliss. Cancellation Policy
For all sessions: 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled within this time frame can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. Emergency Exceptions: In case of emergencies or unexpected illness, rescheduling may be accommodated at the practitioner’s discretion. Refunds: Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if the cancellation is made within the allowed time.
