Indigo is a holistic experience designed to bring thoughts, emotions, relationships, communication, connection, creativity, and energetic frequencies into harmony.

✨  Hands-on cooking & shared lunches - 
       Building life skills and connection around the table. 
       Taught every other class, focusing on healthy eating

       and foods that coincide with the book and group projects. 

🌿  Movement, breathwork & sound baths - 
       Helping students feel grounded, calm, and energized
       Pound drumstick fitness, stretching, yoga
       Sound baths to regulate students' nervous systems

💖  Confidence & self-esteem building -
       Empowering students to know and love who they are 

🤝  Creative group projects - 
       Encouraging teamwork, self-expression, and collaboration
       Engaging conversation, creativity, mindfulness, positive self image and self

       talk, cookbook focused activities, and more!
