Trebled Souls is pleased to offer: A Homeschool Program for Girls (ages 9-12)​​

Indigo is a holistic experience designed to bring thoughts, emotions, relationships, communication, connection, creativity, and energetic frequencies into harmony.

​

Classes include:

•Movement (Pound + Sound, drumstick fitness and yoga + sound baths)

•Group projects based on books the students reads at home; projects will celebrate different cultures and include art, handwork, and writing

•Nature studies (learning about plants, animals, and plant medicine on the beautiful grounds of Hanai)

•Cooking (taught in a professional kitchen at Hanai for two hours every other class, focusing on healthy eating and international foods that coincide with the books and group projects)

•Communal lunch facilitated by the instructor with conversation topics related to the monthly book

•Closing sound bath to calm, ground, and center students' nervous systems
