After School Programs 
Grades 1st - 6th

Weekly, 60 minute POUND + SOUND Class

It's part catchin' the beat, part fitness, part relaxation, part creativity, part teamwork, part release + all fun!

Children will:

  • LEARN alternative ways to explore movement, embrace creativity + catch the beat!

  • IMPROVE focus, coordination, physical fitness, communication, + teamwork through drumstick fitness.

  • CONNECT their minds + bodies to enhance emotional regulation, nurturing a sense of calm with soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

  • RELEASE stress and anxiety levels.

The sum of the parts will help build self-esteem + self-awareness, + inspire the next generation of happy, healthy, relaxed children.

After School Programs
Teen Girls 13-15

Weekly, 75 minute class

Promote positive self image + mental health, relaxation, clarity + sleep through various practices to manage teen stress + anxiety

Teens will:

  • LEARN mindfulness practices including, meditation, journaling + breath work

  • IGNITE their energy with high vibe music during drumstick cardio fitness (yoga + pilates inspired movement)

  • CONNECT with their bodies to understand energy centers + how they effect wellbeing + life balance

  • RELEASE worry + tension with meditative sounds of crystal singing bowls

College Stress Buster Class

60 minute class

Recharge during finals with a Stress Buster Fitness and Sound Bath class:

  • Energizing, high vibe, cardio jam session using drumsticks (yoga and pilates inspired movements) to release tension and

  • Soothing sound healing crystal singing bowls to calm your mind.

This unique session will help you reset, relieving academic stress while restoring mental clarity and focus.
