About the event
Come nourish your mind, body and spirit with us as we welcome in Fall with a wellness circle to relax, reset and resonate your being to the new season. During this event, you will be able to receive 3 different wellness modalities that will assist with helping you to drop more fully into your body and unwind deep patterns of stress; opening to a greater level of connection, healing, and wholeness.
We will start by creating an aromatherapy rollerball that you will be able to use during the event, to help you ground deeper into the experience. You will then be guided on a healing journey through 20 minute segments, during which you will receive a restorative yoga session, a network chiropractic entrainment, and a sound healing session. As we come together in circle afterwards, we will share about our experience as we nourish our bodies with some moon milk. We will close by setting our intentions for our entry into the fall/winter months with a fire ceremony.
Restorative Yoga Experience the main benefits of restorative yoga and why it's an essential antidote for our fast-paced, stressed-out lives. Restorative yoga will help you elicit the relaxation response with a simple prop setup that will help encourage deep mind-body release.
Network Chiropractic Network chiropractic is a light touch technique that gently unwinds spinal cord tension
patterns and resultant defense physiology through an entrainment/adjustment of specific points along the upper and lower spine. Through focused breath, energy and movement into these gateways/contact points; this initiates greater states of body awareness, allowing for the nervous system to reset and begin to reorganize to a higher state of functioning.
Sound Healing You will be immersed in a peaceful environment filled with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and a crystal harp. Enjoy a calming experience as the vibrations of the bowls help to relax and balance your mind, body and spirit.
