• Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange (no refunds at this time).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items and event tickets are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Due to hygiene reasons, hats and headwear may not be returned. 

Process:

• Email us at info@trebledsouls.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
