Sacred Energy & Sound Healing

2/19 & 3/12 Return to Your Center

75 US dollars
Namaspa Bend

Service Description

You're invited to join me (Steph Radkay), Lulu Agan, and Amy Mew for a deeply grounding, trauma-informed healing experience designed to help you reconnect with who you really are beneath all the external distractions. Let's be honest....we're living in a time of noticeable disconnection. From ourselves. From our bodies. From what truly matters to us. When we're triggered, overwhelmed, or caught up in what's happening around us, we can lose touch with our values, our truth, and what makes us feel whole and safe. This journey is about returning to your center. Through Gentle Movement, Breath, Reiki, Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), and Sound Healing, we'll guide you beneath the surface to what's really going on inside. We'll help move the energy that may be keeping you stuck and create space for more joy, peace, and freedom. DATES: Friday, February 19 and/or Friday, March 12,2027 7–9PM LOCATION: Bend Namaspa, 1135 NW Galveston Ave. INVESTMENT: $75 per session SPECIAL REGISTRATION LINKS: FEBRUARY 19: https://tinyurl.com/Namaspa-Feb-19 MARCH 12: https://tinyurl.com/Namaspa-Mar-12 MEET YOUR HOSTS Lulu, a Usui & Shamanic Reiki Master and KAP Facilitator, works with shamanic wisdom and life force energy to support energetic clearing, emotional release, and spiritual awakening. Steph, a KAP Facilitator, Shamanic Reiki Master, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and Sound Practitioner, helps facilitate the movement of life force energy while supporting the body's natural process of release and integration. Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other carefully chosen instruments help participants ground, regulate, and embody the shifts that emerge. Amy, a Usui Reiki Master, Somatic Coach, and Yin/Restorative Yoga Teacher, blends energy work and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation and release through Reiki and restorative stillness. Together, we create a powerful, supportive container for transformation on energetic, emotional, and somatic levels. THIS EXPERIENCE SUPPORTS: • Releasing stored tension, old stories, and stagnant energy • Deep nervous system regulation and somatic healing • Owning your truth and moving forward with integrity • Accessing more joy, peace, and inner freedom • Building authentic connection—first with yourself, then with others No prior experience with energy work is needed. Simply come as you are. Open, curious, and willing to experience what unfolds. This intimate gathering is limited to 15 participants.
