Trebled Souls is excited and proud to present Indigo Homeschool Program for Girls. It is a holistic experience designed to bring thoughts, emotions, relationships, communication, connection, creativity, and energetic frequencies into harmony. Classes include: •Movement (Pound + Sound, drumstick fitness and yoga + sound baths) •Group projects based on books the students reads at home; projects will celebrate different cultures and include art, handwork, and writing •Nature studies (learning about plants, animals, and plant medicine on the beautiful grounds of Hanai) •Cooking (taught in a professional kitchen at Hanai for two hours every other class, focusing on healthy eating and international foods that coincide with the books and group projects) •Communal lunch facilitated by the instructor with conversation topics related to the monthly book •Closing sound bath to calm, ground, and center students' nervous systems WHEN: Mondays, 10-3p Sep 8 - Dec 15 (no class November 24) COST: Register by 8/1 $2,100 (14 classes) Lunch included on cooking class days (Other payment options: Sep-Oct $1100, Nov-Dec $1100) TAUGHT BY: Steph Radkay, Owner, Trebled Souls LOCATION: Hanai, Bend hanaifoundation.org Go to Indigo.TrebledSouls.com for a sneak peek video on location at Hanai! Cancellation Policy
For all sessions: 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled within this time frame can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. Emergency Exceptions: In case of emergencies or unexpected illness, rescheduling may be accommodated at the practitioner’s discretion. Refunds: Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if the cancellation is made within the allowed time. Sign up cutoff time: 24 hours prior to class/session start time For POUND Classes: What to bring: water bottle What to wear: gym clothing, sneakers For In Person, Private and Community Sound Baths and Sip + Sounds: What to bring: water bottle, eye mask + extra blanket (recommended but not necessary) What to wear: comfortable clothing For Zoom session participants: What to do: ensure your technology is working properly, you are in a comfortable space to lie down, dim or turn off lights, ensure minimal or no distractions
