Service Description
Indigo Homeschool Program for Girls (Ages 9–12) A heart-centered homeschool experience designed to help girls grow in confidence, creativity, and emotional well-being. Indigo blends movement, mindfulness, cooking, and collaborative projects to support the whole child — mind, body, and heart. Girls learn tools for nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety reduction, self-love, and positive communication while building friendships and life skills through hands-on experiences. What We Do Each Week Our sessions include a balanced mix of: Yoga + Breathwork — grounding, calming, and body awareness Drumstick Fitness (Pound) — fun movement, rhythm, and confidence building Mindfulness, Meditation + Self-Love Practices — emotional regulation and inner connection Creative Projects — collaboration, expression, and teamwork Hands-on Cooking — healthy eating, kitchen skills, and shared meals led by our chef instructor Winter Session 2026 Intro Workshop: Saturday, January 25 1–3 PM 4-Week Program: Thursdays, Feb 5–Feb 26 10 AM–2 PM Pricing options: Saturday Workshop: $25 4-Week Program: $400 ($100/class; $25/hr) Saturday Workshop + 4-Week Program: $400 (Workshop is FREE with 4-Week Program sign up) Class limit: 6 students for an intimate, supportive, high-quality experience. Cancellation Policy
For all Pound+Sound, Sip+Sound, Pins & Chimes, 1:1 Wellness, Middle School Wellness, and Private Group Sound Bath sessions (Indigo Homeschool Program restrictions listed separately, below): 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling (rescheduling only when applicable). Sessions canceled within this time frame can be rescheduled at no additional cost, if applicable. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. Emergency Exceptions: In case of emergencies or unexpected illness, rescheduling may be accommodated at the practitioner’s discretion. Refunds: Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if the cancellation is made within the allowed time. Sign up cutoff time: 24 hours prior to class/session start time For Indigo Homeschool Program for Girls: To maintain the integrity, flow, and consistency of our program, please note the following policies: All bookings are final. Once registered, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling, refunds, or make-up sessions for any reason, including illness, travel, or personal conflicts. Sick Policy: If your child is feeling unwell in any way — including cold, flu, fever, stomach issues, or any symptoms of contagious illness — we kindly ask that she stay home to protect the health and wellbeing of our group. Missed Sessions: Due to the nature of the program and our small group format, we are unable to offer credit, refund, or rescheduling for missed sessions. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create a safe, consistent, and connected space for all participants. For POUND Classes: What to bring: water bottle What to wear: gym clothing, sneakers For In Person, Private and Community Sound Baths and Sip + Sounds: What to bring: water bottle, eye mask + extra blanket (recommended but not necessary) What to wear: comfortable clothing For Zoom session participants: What to do: ensure your technology is working properly, you are in a comfortable space to lie down, dim or turn off lights, ensure minimal or no distractions
