Service Description

LINK TO REGISTER BELOW An interactive workshop for young, aspiring entrepreneurs (ages 7-17) to build confidence, manage nerves, and bounce back from challenges. Young entrepreneurs face real stress: preparing for events, talking to customers, making mistakes, and sometimes feeling disappointed when things don’t go as planned. This workshop gives them practical tools to regulate their nervous systems, build confidence, and keep going when things feel hard. Workshop Highlights: *Movement helps kids physically release stress and reset their energy, making it easier to focus and feel grounded. *Breathwork teaches simple techniques they can use anytime they feel nervous—before talking to a customer, presenting an idea, or handling a setback. *Discussion normalizes challenges by letting kids hear that others struggle too. Sharing stories builds empathy, confidence, and trust in their own intuition. *Sound Bath provides a calm, restorative experience that helps regulate emotions and teaches kids what true relaxation feels like. *Journaling encourages reflection and self-awareness, helping kids put words to their feelings and identify solutions instead of shutting down. *The Takeaway empowers kids to create their own resilience toolkit—strategies they can use not just in business, but in school, friendships, and life. What to bring: Yoga mat Journal Overall, this workshop supports the whole child. It teaches that setbacks are part of growth, emotions are manageable, and resilience is a skill that can be practiced—giving young entrepreneurs the confidence to bounce back stronger every time. Pre-registration required to reserve your child's spot. $15/child Sat, Feb 7  3-4:30p LINK TO REGISTER: (you will be directed to the Kids Entrepreneur website to register): https://www.kidsentrepreneurmarket.com/event-details/resilience-reset-handling-stress-setbacks
